WE feel strongly that Roger Cook has viewed this case from day one as "The Big One" and will retire upon it's completion having set precedents not only in settlement amounts but also in depth and scope of discovery and prosecution of willful infringement. In other words this will be the one that Roger is remembered for. Settlement amounts will be significantly higher than most here expect.
