Yes, I agree, we will... by early next week at the latest IMO.. and I certainly hope you are correct.. along with Deb's & Milestone's predictions of settlement dollars...

I just see the possiblity of NDAs as another big reason for the Js to settle, prior to us forcing the MSJs upon them..

Like I said, I certainly hope you are correct!
