I agree with your thoughts. Some have said that quite possibly, JW tipped his hand to all parties on which way he would rule. I kept thinking, why would he not just RULE on this expedited request about Higgins, Shaw and Hamilton? Why 'just' tip his hand?

And why didn't we see that in a PACER? I think you've quite possibly answered that just now. And you also answered the question that Milestone raised about appealing JW's decision on ACP if it was in our favor.

Been there, done that TWICE..............why try and appeal......seems it would be a waste of clients time and money.

All of this is logical and IMO correct. Thank you.
