FOGEL has to rule in ptsc favor. Do I think intel might be holding his ruling up. possible. I also agree if we get 100% ownership Intel will settle out of court only because of AMD involvement. But if for some strange thing it doesn`t go the way we want. what i have suggested could also happen. This whole thing has made everyone a bit wacky.
