What is fair settlement? The amount we asked for when the other 170 infringers were contacted? Enough to keep the doors open while Intel attempts to drag us in bankruptcy? Enough to get rid of Swartz`z financing?? That alone would be enough IMO.

We have the Intel/TPL contract... they do not have ours
