..or it could be that those first two divys were handed out quickly/early because Swartz still held the majoity of his warrants and desired to profit that much more... and then the 'play' was to dry up the warrants at a pace equal to the timeline of the pretrial, vanquishing them at or near Mediation.. thru-out this timeline the S warrant conv/selling took advantage of the 'volatility' the MMP licensings provided.. and what the heck.. throw in one more divy while S still held a decent chunk of warrants & their 10% retail....
