Just a thought about the dividends given out previously. I think at the time TPL and PTSC truly believed they were near the end. Fujitsu bailed and there had been a few other heavy hitters who signed agreements. I'll bet PTSC thought much more cash was on the way and the J3 were ready to sign, so why not make a big splash, bang our chests and pay dividends?

I don't believe any of them anticipated it going this far at all.

I even think that possibly TPL was not at the top of their game with court matters because of the premature WIN in their eyes.

Therefore, I think they are much more cautious now and are not claiming victory, but only showing optimism. Turley even backed off of his up and to the right comments recently probably because Pohl had a wood shed chat with him.
