In so far as determining WHO is selling, I believe there is a NOBO list that can be ordered from the transfer agent that will show exactly who and how many shares are being sold and when.

Next, I agree that the advertising campaign seems to be increasing as of late, but the thrust of the advertising needs to be directed at people who count and BUY shares (lots of them). This is what we hired Hoffman for and they need to perform!
