Also, I'd be willing to bet that many of the criticisms/discontent that Brian expressed at the SHM regarding management were originated by some of the great minds on this board. 

What is more productive? 

1) To continuously state that Patriot is great and that we'll all eventually be rich and anyone who thinks otherwise is a fudster

- or

2)  Analyze everything that is going on with the company with a "critical eye" and identify problems and shortcomings according to our expertise.  Provide suggestions on how to improve and resolve problems and issues associated with the company and it's management.
