Think you may be missing my point.  If settlement was for an MMP license and included the 584, no one would know whether the 584 was of any importance.  A separate license for the 584 apart from what is currently being litigated in Texas, just might hold some sway with the appellate court reviewing the MH term. So it may not be about the money, but using the settlement terms to make a statement about the validity of the 584.  Well IMHO anyway.  Opty
