I recall something posted as to how all parties involved will move to settle before Xmas, I still think that is very real possibility especially if all the motions go our way... and as they are being expediated could be sooner than we think the J's will settle before then it would not make good business sense not too settle once  there motions get tossed they will come back on hands & Knees they are crazy if they don't too many Large Company's have already seen the light halalulla they will too .....after all this is a lawyers wet dream keep billing at 500 or more an hour till the last minute is the order of the day they allready know what the other 20 Company's that settled know so all I see now is all the lawyers last chance to make a killing ... they must be stringing along the j's lets just try this one more thing all time raking in $$$ with endless futile motions .
