that license numbers would be reflective of the amount of products infringing not the size of the infringer. All this talk about license's fluctuating up and down is nonsense. Other than some of the early first mover discounts, most of the companies who clearly had a larger percentage of products infringing paid higher rates. I wouldn't worry to much about anything Dan Leckrone or anyone else said up to this point. It's all about posturing and bowing your chest. To many people have taken TPL's words to heart. Remember they are also playing a game with our opponents. I've laughed everytime someone said, well Leckrone said this or that blah, blah blah. It's not like its the word of God. The TPL Group is clearly engaged in a PR war and it's up to the investors to understand that. I think the 10Q looks just as promised. Mr. Turley had pretty much told us what to expect and I don't see anything that makes me feel differently. Just as before we wait for the ultimate decision makers, Judge Ward and the USPTO. IMO.......
