When will they/we be 'done' with that ? You know the answer to that.  We go to court in Jan. 08 (barring further delays)

Is that until 2015 or later ? You also know that a court win will accelerate licensing.  We'll be glad we have until 2015 to collect.  If we lose, you will have an argument for not having anything else going.

And how long after that will they start doing something ? They are doing something now. They have brought in new key people and are doing DD for a merger or aquistion as we speak. Per JT.

Time is money, too. Yes, we have (lost)opportunity cost at this time.

Just how many years do you think investors will wait for a business plan ? I suspect most current investors will allow this thing to play out.  I suspect you will too.
