Milestone.........Patentlawyer used the word " i think " .......In law their seems to always be doubt........This could be the reason so many cases settle in all facets of law.....Appeals, appeals.....it seems like a crap shoot sometimes and logic does not always prevail.....

    Your point about Shaw/Hamilton as one package in the Higgins client privilege case is interesting....Apatentlawyer does not agree ,but IMO he seems unsure..................If JW follows what has transpired/the law/ this should be moot......So it seems like if Higgins is allowed to testify we would appeal...........

    ........I recently stayed at a hotel/MAY OF 07 for one night....I made the mistake of using Priceline....It was a 4 night stay..........I left after the first night....Bad service and smoke filled rooms etc.......Priceline i found out after the fact does not give refunds.......Called the credit card Co.......After being on the phone for 90 minutes i was told all was well......I did not want to pay for the 3 nights i did not stay........................................I recieved a long letter from Capital one which i filled out with a two page letter telling my story..........In two part harmony......................WELL, that was not good enough as i now have to answer basiclly the same questions again.........For $162.00 i will let this pass.........To much work and stress..........

     Moral of the story, pay the two bucks......That is an old line from a 30's comedy movie........This could  drag on for a long time...................What ever the outcome we/PTSC/ will survive and keep on trucking.......
