If i remember right, PTSC / TPL went the court rte because no one took them seriously..............IMO if it was not for the court case we might not have the 24 lisensed CO'S..........

     PTSC /  TPL  will persue the settlement rte with the 300+ CO's first , then years from now might have to go back to court.........If we sign 25+ co's a year for the avg of 10 million, there will be no need to go to court............If we settle with the J'S then i can see the other infringers paying up...........IMO i will view a settlement as a victory and not going to trial as a positive..........

    Again IMO if we win at trial and it is appealed and that takes months /years, the rest of the infringers will pay up.......They will not wait out the appeals............Larry
