WE won the most important Markman ruling and that was for the 336. We have seen fallout from the 584 loss but have seen NOTHING from the 336 WIN!! Just as JW probably won't overturn the 584 the same holds true of the 336 and 148 claims constructions.
It never ceases to amaze me how most humans always look at the glass half empty. I have a feeling the faucet will be flowing soon enough and the skeptical street will finally take notice as the glass shall certainly be OVERFLOWING!!
P.S. No office action required on the 336 and 148, this is why we have heard nothing about this from the uspto....No office action because the claims construction all but VALIDATED both these patents. Why do you suppose we got the 584 action so quickly after the hearing??
