As a fact, all we know(filings)is that PTSC have purchased 2 million warrants from the total 32,248,173 shares. the 25 million figure does not include the 5 million warrants still to be purchased. Until we know otherwise, S&L are still holding 30,248.173 shares. Hope this helps?
