Being honest i put Higgins in my rear view mirror and junked the car...............I realize that they found this junked car and are doing forensic work...............

TPL being a private CO, we will never know what Moore's cut from TPL will be..........It is public knowledge what Fish received from PTSC.................This whole thing might have been dregged up because the defendents think that Fish sold to cheaply, which for them is a red flag.................Like we know they are fighting and are leaving no stone unturned................

The good news IMO is that when we win,settlement / the leaving no rock unturned will put an end to any other CO thinking about litigation............Yes up tight times for us all, but if we win, imo it will be up and to the right.............Larry
