Please clarify your post.  I do not see some of these as areas of concen. Perhaps a wrong choice of wording?

Acquisition - why a concern, and what makes you think anything will happen before trial/settlement?

Arch Conference - Concerned about what? Whether JT will handle it OK?

End of warrants-  That should be a concern? 

Sorry, but I do not understand what it is that should concern us on some of these topics.  Opty
