I live a few miles from American Home MTG head quarters..........I read that the day before the CO went BK the CEO sold 3 million dollars worth of stock as he was telling his employees that thing will work out.......

            The point i am making is that.............If TPL has insider information/ great news or bad news /as they hold many shares of PTSC ,  who is there to police them ...................

            Unless written into the master agreement, it seems unlikely that TPL would withhold any  IMPORTANT information from PTSC.....Any comments..............Larry
