I may be wrong, but as a private company, they do not have to let us know.  Eventually, yes, but there is no time frame as to when they must let PTSC know. 

On numerous occasions, when there have been negative things happening that effect the share price, they come out with a new signing. 

I could be very wrong about this, but maybe someone who really knows something will come along.  LOL
