Hopefully it is not a fixed price deal but an agreement where PTSC buys teh warants based on avg market prices.Every down tic is money that stays in PTSC's account.

 At this point 8 cents on 20 million shares is a nice savings.  Boughht back in a little today near the close and will nibble when an d if it falls some more.

I'm going home to run my technicals.
