Actually that is what I am saying, IMO ARM would not be obligated to indemnify their customers if it was found that ARM left justified their operands and their customers for some reason right justified theirs for the utility of their products. I probably didn't articulate it very well the first time. I also see the Appeal angle that you have pointed which is most likely what is happening.
