Agreed. And they(ARM) might actual endorse the MMP by warning/ or disclaimer to all their customers that they must purchase a license for the MMP technology much like some our current licensees have added to their web sites. We never filed suit against ARM in the first place. They were pulled into this fray by the J3. I thnk ARM might end up being an ally of sorts??? We could still file suit against them seperately if we felt it was necessary couldn't we?? We could also appeal the claim construction of the 584 that came from Judge Ward couldn't we. After the J2.5 case is settled of course.
