I find it interesting that ARM did not file for summary judgement on the 584. Instead are working with TPL on a stipulated judgement.  Is it becuase the court may not have had the technical understanding to know whether SJ on behalf or ARM would have been justified OR is it possible that one or more of the J2.5 are still on the hook with respect to the 584, and only ARM is non-infringing?????   Hmmmmm Opty
