Sure would be nice to have the exact wording, since the above makes no sense to me. Why would TPL be working on a stipulated judgement of NON-infringement? I do not think one was issued, so how could TPL be working on it? Perhaps the exact wording may clarify what TPL is working on. TIA Opty
