Agree. I think Markman has moved license cost into the next category, whatever that might be. But suspect no one wants to be first, especially if there is any risk that the amount may be deciphered from filings. It could be a fair assumption that we are not going to announce any settlement or license unless there are a bunch to report so that what each paid is blurred.
