I agree, this is at least interesting...
IMHO this pr is not for us shareholders - it's for all the infringers out there, if I read this sentence carefully:
"...the expansive category of infringing system products manufactured and sold by Toshiba and the other defendants.”
IMHO it says, there are boatloads of products infringing our patents, it's obvious you are infringing, too.
Second, it says, we're gonna take this to trail - because we know, what we own and what you owe us.
And at last I have the impression it's a good sign of TPL/PTSC's strength, that there is no licensee since May, 3rd - I guess time of "nuisance fees" is over.
