Re: Sony.... It may have been for no othe reason than to show that either TPL or PTSC (TPL in this case) actually do sell product which incorporates the MMP tech. Therefore, we (TPL/PTSC), as MMP owners, do not actually fit the patent troll definition... because we do sell product.. So we gave them a discount to let us sell them MMP incorporated product.
