I agree with your sentiment about the better mousetrap. I am, however, still waiting for an answer regarding the relatively miniscule settlement amount arrived at with Sony. I am on the sidelines with much dry powder until such time as that "arrangement" is described in more detail. Is there anything in it for us Patriot shareholders or was this reduced settlement amount given as some sort of collaborative arrangement to benefit TPL only? This lingering question is the last remaining large question mark that I have. It has been more than a year I believe and I would appreciate an answer from management on why Sony was given such a break for "strategic reasons". If there is some sort of project going on behind the scenes it should have been revealed to us by now. That settlement amount done for strategic reasons had a huge chilling effect on the share price. Is this same disappointment going to happen again ? Just being honest here and not bashing. We deserve to know what the story is in this regard at this point in time.
