That is precisely the problem which Feinstien Bill is trying to address. For, while Mega Agribusiness, and the rest of the business community are making billions by paying minimum wage, no overtime, no health care, etc., to "Mesicans", the rest of us pick up the tab for it, and like bilwilkie aptly observes we have our hospitals go bankrupt because medicare payment are being reduced drastically by Federal Government...

The Health care issue is the key one. Surely, you would not advocate that my kids be exposed to Bird-Flue brought to school by a farm waorker child working in the vinyards of my county, because they had no access to some type of health service. This is a Local Public Helath problem and must be addressed.

Be that as it may, we need an enforceable law which will address these issues effectively. And I believe the Feinstein Bill is the best compromise that has come along since the Bracero program was disbanded...
