Related questions:

1. Where do you believe you and your group will get the shares or proxy votes necessary? open market?
2. It would seem to take 195 million+ shares since the BOD gets to vote all the "no show" votes (the vast majority cast).   Can you get close enough (100 Million?) to that number to even get a seat at the discussion table?    I doubt S & L has you or your group on their Christmas card list, so counting on those shares would not seem likely.   Correct? 
3. If PTSC wins the Markman results and moves forward to settlement, will that help or hurt your efforts?  Is a Markman loss better for you and your group?
