IMO

It's very hard to judge the cause and effect of what happened without having been at the hearing. The transcript appears to provided some support for both sides. This is why I've always side that I hope the original patents have the factual validity to now support our case. Law and facts are I'm told suppose to lead to the same conclusions over and over again. (But I'm not a lawyer.) It does appear the Judge Ward has a good handle on the interputation of the law lets hope it supports the past history of success here.

We really do need a competent EE to weigh in on the tech. merits of the transcipts. (but then we have had expert testimony already)
