I have read the arguments relative to claim construction. I'm not about to argue each construction, but will say that I believe that the plaintiffs (them) have a number of very weak arguments and none that I consider strong. The defendants (us) have a number of strong arguments and none that I consider weak.
Of course the court may well see something I don't see since my view might be clouded. But in general I believe we have the better arguments and that is pretty much across the board. Hence, my expectations reflects that.
