Assuming the frequency of posts by svegali type posters continue (I'm waiting to hear the word "being Disneyed" around here), I guessing there will be a window between when Swartz has completed placing the remaining warrants and we get a Markman ruling.

I'm also guessing that until after the Markman has been ruled (assuming favorable), there will be no additional value in releasing any new licensee names.

I'm with you, I have no idea of how the ruling will go. The one thing that sticks in my mind with the curveball Fogel gave us a few years back, thus the fact that one never knows how a judge will rule, or see the arguments...
