found this regarding Total Top Surface area:
The total top surface area of the printed circuit boards used in the Fujitsu Biblo calculates to only just over one quarter that used in the Pentium desktop. However, the printed circuit boards used in the Fujitsu are considerably more complex: The Fujitsu’s imaged area (top surface area times layercount) is almost 60% that of the Pentium desktop. The Fujitsu not only uses higher layercount FR4 and no paper or composite boards, it also uses two built-up multilayer substrates.
does this relate to "our" technology in substance in anyway? comments welcome.
Thanks
