However, the printed circuit boards used in the Fujitsu are considerably more complex: The Fujitsu’s imaged area (top surface area times layercount) is almost 60% that of the Pentium desktop. The Fujitsu not only uses higher layercount FR4 and no paper or composite boards, it also uses two built-up multilayer substrates.
