I am NOT poo-pooing the idea of the letter. There are good points, and I obviously have not seen the end result (and hate it when someone critisizes a work in progress). Just voicing my opinion of the proposed content, and suggesting some things (warrants/S&L) that could be addressed in a positive fashion (everyone benefits) and thus may be viewed as positive, and maybe even acted upon.
