I do agree, at some past point, PTSC's PR machine (or tinker toy) should have been better positioned. However, I do not think a lot of positive PR (yes, I call it "hype" at my company) would move a spec stock with soooo much baggage to leap over.

IMO, folks like me that invest in speculative penny stocks have many options. We just know this one best and we don't know much more than the filings which, to me, indicate S & L is selling their warrants every Q. I trust they have done the same for the Q to be reported next week (in theory). As you say, "We'll see." IMO, that is a big positive, but not something that is going to easy to explain in a company press release or even via a conference call.

If I knew of a better risk vs reward stock today, I would sell the PTSC I own and buy it. I still own PTSC. The potential is huge, IMO. To convince new money is a tough sell with the Markman around the corner. With a Markman win and announced results (IMO ~June), it won't matter.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
