Has it ever ocurred to you and everyone else that Pohl has been directed by TPL to refrain from turning the Dogs loose >> Hawk, Hoffman, et al until the Markman hearing outcome is determined???

TPL is running the show, prior settlements, and who knows how many others still in negotiations. The Master Agreement outlined roles & responsibilities going forward. IMO, TPL has a Plan, and to date appears to be handling negotiations with prospective licensees and Markman hearing preparations, effectively. Precluding PTSC from promoting their "Story", may be simply business tactics for now. TPL may be trying to promote the idea of the struggling little company being trampled upon for many years by greedy, unscrupulous conglomerates, creating a sympathetic "atmosphere" in the courtroom, undermining potential legal strategy by the opposition of describing PTSC as a "patent troll".

BTW, the 1 week delay in the release of financials may be intentional. Keeping the cards as close to the vest as possible, with a financial surprise to be released just a few days before the SHM, along with another signed licensee next week. Just speculation I know, but food for thought nonethless.
