where and who donates and if this info. is publicly available.
I follow the board daily, but I'm not sure if anyone looked into who's backing up pubpat / ptsc re-exam.
A question for Ron, would not this tactic this late in the game (pubpat request to reexam.) make a judge angry or annoyed?
Since there are some here that think this pubpat request could be influenced by over sea (China, etc.) ........would this issue so late in the game possibly backfire? Like many here I believe that many legal counsel from some of the top law firms must have done a thorough search prior to agreeing to any kind of licensing deal. Am I way off base?
Note: PUBPAT is a New York not-for-profit corporation recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization. As such, donations are 100% tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
