If  the  stay  is  granted  , The  Markman  and  the  case  get  put  on  hold  till  the  patent  is  reviewed , Possibly  taking  up  to  2  years ?

This  would  give  licenseee's  more  time  to  sign  up  at  a  lower  price  given  just  the  possibility  of  a  invalidation ?

but  on  the  other  hand  it  gives  us  the  hammer  if  they  chose  not  tosign  now  and  we  win  validation  and  case   WE  CALL  OUR  SHOT  on  the  pricing  of  license  fee's .which   could  be  way  higher  than  what  we're  getting  now !
