I think there are probably many future MMP licensings in various stages of negotiation/completion. Do I think there are a handful done and being released as TPL deems neccessary? I have always been of the opinion that TPL releases (or completes) MMP deals as funding is needed, but I certainly do not know. I would just hope that prior to when/if Toshiba (or MEI) settles, the warrants that can be gone, will be gone.
