I get it... but I'm used to the market being a bit less conservative in their approach to "risky" stocks.  The upside "potential" here is absolutely huge IMO... little downside unless we lose in court.  I suppose most would rather wait until that is resolved... but can't anyone see the writing on the wall?????????
