S&L have been skimming the cream right off the top.. divys, priv to short, warrants repriced to 1.5 cents....

I believe they probably would like to hold on to those warrants, but they aren't, and am assuming it is upon request from Pohl to get out from under them asap, for whatever reason.. and that's why IMO S&L have been given these bennies...

Don't forget, even after the warrant conversion (during which S&L are still profiting heavily) they will hold over 40 mil shares to sell at those higher prices...
