Brian was asked and appointed by Patriot.
Brian was undoubtedly asked to stay off the boards. IMO this does not mean Brian isn't doing his job - As a major common shareholder, he is well in tune with our needs and wants. I think he's as active as he can be, but I also believe he has to work within the definition of duties, as spelled out between him, the BOD and Patriot.
IMO, asking for bi-weekly or weekly status from CEO's on developments should probably be reserved for Swartz or BOD level participants. Status to common shareholders is made available through the Shareholder meetings.
Candidly, I don't think the level of communication you're asking for can be afforded, given their manpower, priorities or our collective impact (share-wise).
