in my humble opinion, should be long in PTSC and they should be in contact with the shareholders on a regular and routine basis.
It appears that there is a sediment arising from this board that we need a new shareholders rep, one that is getting information to us on a weekly basis and funneling our questions back to Patriot at the same time!
We all need a conduit, where at least we can influence the BOD and allow them to understand that we own this company and we can hire and fire the management. Collectively, we may be able to convince management to be more open with shareholders and get the information investors feel they want and need. After all it is our money.
Routine? I have had other shareholders tell me, at least once a month or every two weeks. My personal opinion is; at least once a week. Additionally, shareholders deserve to have their questions answered - not just be presented with a one-way release that is as regular as a rainbow. Don't we all feel that it is important to have the shareholders collectively formulate questions - i.e., say perhaps 3 per week, that will be answered promptly, directly and thoroughly, including references and sources where the information originated if applicable.
I have the time, but I am inclined, only if the majority want me to try to accomplish this. Again, whomever represents us - please stay in weekly contact and do a great job for us, we deserve it!
All SEC rules and regulations will be followed - other than that, all information should be made available to us, because we are Patriot owners and we deserve better.
