ignited, thank you, however - maybe I am just convincing myself with this logic. But it seems reasonable to me.

Additionally, why in the world would the Defendants be requesting an extension, if they are going to request a Stay? - Was the request for an extension nothing more than cheap charade played out in front of a straightforward judge? Does not make sense.
