ignited, my opinion  is not the Preliminary Claim constructions and Identification of Extrinsic Evidence Construction that causes the price drop.....i believe that the market is reacting to the decision for PTSC to follow the business model of S&L and enter the debt financing game.  Turley, Pohl and the illustrious BOD have yet to find a technology company to invest in or acquire.  I see this as more evidence that S&L run the company and the BOD is absolutely incompetent and incapable or unwilling to let the company stand on its own.
