I agree with most of what you stated.......except Pohl isn't in control of much..........TPL is.   Pohl can only shop for companies or IP to buy........and you can't buy much with the few millions they have in the bank..........so until the cash is "in hand" or "assured"........they are stuck........just like the SP.
